Registration

We designed our enrollment process to welcome new families into our educational community. We’ll help you every step of the way.

New Student Registration

  1. Call the office of the school your child will attend to schedule a 15-minute appointment.
  2. You must pre-register (available after August 1) before the appointment.
  3. Once you have registered online, please take the registration documents to your appointment:
  • Photo ID
  • Proof of residency documentation (utility bill, affidavit of proof of residency, etc., showing parent/guardian’s current name and address that proves you live within school boundaries)
  • Birth certificate (must be the original birth certificate)
  • Immunization records or Utah Immunization Exemption Information Form
  • Previous school records (if applicable)
  • Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency Affidavit Form (if applicable)

Parents of first-time students must complete our Annual School Forms. Instructions for our Annual School Forms, which give us information for emergency contacts, permission for computer and internet use, field trip permission, and other important information. If logging in to PowerSchool for the first time, your username is the first initial of your first name and your complete last name. Your password will default to 123ABcd$$.

Returning Student Registration

Each year students’ contact, medical, emergency information, and permission slips need to be updated. All of this information is contained in our online portal.
